Minimum Yardage for a Grand Prize Hole-in-One

Logically, the longer the hole, the cheaper the premium is on the insurance. Most insurance companies specify the minimum yardage at 150, 165 and some even 175 although a few will cover 135 yards. Having a minimum yardage protects the insurance company from an overzealous sponsor who moved the tee to make a hole-in-one a bit easier.
